PUBLIC HEARINGS: 

August 31, 2026 
       1. APPEAL OF ITEM S-2-26: Coeur Terre 2 Subdivision

       Note:  On July 14, 2026 the Coeur d’Alene Planning & Zoning Commission held a public hearing on the above-referenced item. The Commission voted 4 to 0 to approve item S-2-26 with conditions. An appeal was received, triggering a public hearing with City Council. The appellant will be provided ten (10) minutes to outline their reasons for the appeal. All members of the public will be allowed to testify on the subdivision request. The City Council will be required to consider the facts and evidence presented during the appeal hearing and make a final decision based on the four required findings for a Subdivision/Preliminary Plat.
