Fire System Inspections
All third-party fire system inspection, testing, and maintenance (ITM) reports must be submitted electronically through LIVSAFE.
LIV is a modern ITM and compliance management platform built specifically for Fire Departments, and serves as a centralized system of record for inspection reports, deficiencies, and permits to improve visibility, accountability, and follow-up across regulated properties.
This requirement applies to both compliant and non-compliant reports. Contractors and property owners are responsible for establishing accounts.
Contractors (Inspection Companies)
Required: Register and submit all ITM reports through LIV.

- Log deficiencies by type, location, and severity
