Annual Action Plan

The City has drafted its Plan Year 2026 Annual Action Plan (AAP).

A public hearing to receive comments on the draft AAP is being held at a regular City Council meeting on Tuesday, August 4, 2026, at 6:00pm in the Library Community Room, 702 Front Avenue.

In anticipation of the upcoming CDBG Annual Action Plan for Plan Year 2026 (starting October 1), the City of Coeur d’Alene is actively seeking input from residents and community organizations regarding community needs and grant funding recommendations.
