Directory for Seniors

CDA FIRE COMMUNITY RESOURCE DIRECTORY

FOR SENIORS AND THEIR FAMILIES

This program has been developed to better help us help patients and their families. Elizabeth Young and myself have put together some Names and Phone numbers that we can use to help our customers when they're in need. The list contains resources for Meals on Wheels, Financial help, Living Wills, Emergency Housing and Medication Assistance programs. We have listed just a few of the major assistance programs out of the directory. Please take some time and look through the directory that we have provided. The list of Names, Phone Numbers and the Directory will be placed in three ring binders on the Engines, Ambulances, Medic Rig, Chief's Rigs and the Truck. Most of the information that has been provided has come out of the directory. The directories can be given out to the patients and their families. Just let me know so I can replace them. You will also find some phone number sheets for the CDA area adult care facilities, area hospitals and area EMS systems. I would like us all to thank Elizabeth for her help. If you have any questions or input, please let me know.

Sincerely, Steve Jones
