Recruitment Process & Information

When a position becomes available, the Human Resources Department is responsible for the advertising, screening, and recruiting of all job positions.  The applicants with the most appropriate qualifications will be invited for further testing.

Conditions of EmploymentA criminal background check, polygraph, drug test, medical and psychological examination will be required for some positions.

PERSIEnrollment in the Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (PERSI) is mandatory for all employees who normally work twenty (20) hours or more per week and if employed for five (5) or more consecutive months. PERSI is a defined benefit retirement plan designed to provide secure, long-term pension benefits for employees who choose careers in public service.
