On December 6, 2022, City Council approved Resolution No. 22-063 which reads as follows:

Resolution NO. 22-063
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COEUR D'ALENE, KOOTENAI COUNTY, IDAHO, ESTABLISHING AND AMENDING CERTAIN CITY FEES PURSUANT TO IDAHO CODE 63-1311 AND 63-1311A. Effective January 1, 2023

The Water Department has amended four fees related to Bulk Water: 
Bulk Water Portable Fill Station Deposit has increased to: $2500
Bulk Water Portable Fill Station Move Fee has Increased for 3rd & subsequent requests to move station to: $42.00 per move
Bulk Water Portable Fill Station Usage fee has increased to: $1.00 per 1000 gallons
Bulk Water Permanent Fill Station Usage fee has increased to: $1.35 per 1000 gallons

There are two options for Bulk Water Use:

1) Using a provided ID and PIN number to access one of our five permanent fill station locations 24/7

2) Renting a Portable Fill Station which will be installed to a specific hydrant of your choosing (subject to operational hydrants)
