Notice: Grandmill southbound lanes closure starting July 13 for the Mill River Lift Station Upgrade project

On July 13, 2026, the Mill River Lift Station Upgrade Project for the City Wastewater Department will begin. Grandmill southbound lanes will be closed from Seltice Way, and the northbound lanes (to Seltice) will be restricted to the east lane only. Parking will be unavailable on Grandmill through mid-November. We expect these full lane closures to last through August 14, 2026, with an update to be made at that time allowing for potential access with intermittent closure. To avoid delays, please use Huetter Rd.
