Seltice Way switches to one lane during weekend utility work

Seltice Way will be reduced to alternating one-way traffic near the Huetter Road intersection for utility installation work Saturday, October 7.

Installation of water and sewer infrastructure in this area is expected to begin at 7 a.m. and could last a full day. Motorists are encouraged to modify commutes accordingly.

This utility work is very close to the new roadway and the traveling public and it’s important to maintain safety for motorists and construction crews.

The $5.44 million project will provide for a new streetscape, roundabouts at Grand Mill Lane/Idewild Loop and Atlas Road, bike lanes, shared-use paths as well as upgraded water and wastewater utilities between Huetter Road and Northwest Boulevard. The project is projected to last into the first quarter of 2018 and work is weather dependent.
