Residential: $4.00 per month

Commercial: Monthly fee is $4.00 per ESU (equivalent service unit,

impervious surface divided by 3,000=1 ESU)

Commercial properties that meet the City’s treatment requirements receive a

70% reduction in their monthly fee, minimum of $4.00 per month.
