Appeal forms must be submitted within TEN (10) calendar days of the citation issue date. You will be notified of the decision in writing within FIFTEEN (15) business days after the filing of this appeal form. The written decision will normally be emailed from the address: [email protected].

PLEASE NOTE: The following WILL NOT be considered valid grounds for filing an appeal:

• Having only a portion of your vehicle parked in a prohibited space
• Accidentally or unintentionally parking illegally
• Being unaware of parking ordinances
• Unavailability of parking in the area
• Being unaware of the passage of time

PROVIDE PROOF: Please attach files (such as photos) showing evidence that you paid. Ensure that your license plate is visible in the photo, as well as proof of the time you paid to park. This will expedite the appeal process.
