Residents and visitors alike will benefit from the newly edited Art in Motion brochure that features some of the amazing public art in Coeur d’Alene. Whether you’re walking or cycling, you can wind your way through the downtown area, past some residential neighborhoods, and out towards Riverstone, stopping along the way to appreciate the many pieces on display. While in the past there was a separate brochure for each mode of travel, this year all of the routes have been combined, making for a more convenient experience.
The new brochure was created through the efforts of the Coeur d’Alene Arts & Culture Alliance and City of Coeur d’Alene staff, and was made possible through a 2018 Local Community Service Grant from the Coeur d’Alene Rotary Club.
The brochures can be picked up at City Hall, the Chamber of Commerce, and various local galleries and businesses in the downtown area. An electronic version is also available at http://maps.cdaid.org/art.
