Part-Time Library Clerk. 20 hours per week, $13.32 per hour.  Benefits include: PERSI Retirement and p/t vacation and sick accruals. Performs a variety of general library tasks. Municipal Services 

Department Specialist in the Municipal Services Department at City Hall to provide administrative, secretarial and clerical tasks.  The duties include:  providing superior customer service in person at the front desk or via the telephone, creating, reviewing and processing documents and records, identifying and correcting errors and omissions on documents received from staff, and/or public, performing data entry, maintaining records, making arrangements for meetings, maintaining office inventories, distributing mail, and other related duties.

Acceptable Experience and Training: High school diploma or GED with one to two (1-2) years’ experience in administrative work, preferably in a governmental setting; or any equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities to successfully perform the essential functions of the position may be considered.

Starting wage is $14.12 per hour; plus a generous benefit package (summary of benefits) and Membership in Public Employee Retirement System of Idaho (State Retirement) is required.

Part-Time Evening Custodians
. Building Maintenance/Parks Department. Starting hourly wage is $10.00, 25 hours per week 5:00-10:00pm or later, non-benefited position with the exception of PERSI Retirement.  Must be able to pass a background check.  Requires strong custodian background and light maintenance work experience.  City of CDA Job Application.  Open Until Filled and continuously accepted. 


Planning Technician.  Starting hourly wage $17.84, plus excellent benefit package.  Provides assistance to the public on planning and zoning questions and application procedures, generates maps and data reports, creates and maintains GIS data layers and reviews residential building permits.  Requires intermediate technical certificate (28 Hours) or an Associate’s  degree in urban planning, architecture or similar field, Bachelor’s degree preferred, and two years’ experience in plan review, zoning administration, permits and land use controls or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge and abilities necessary to perform the work.

The city continuously accepts applications from those interested in officiating basketball and soccer.  Starting hourly wage is $9.00, 6-8 hours per week.  Requires confident personality, ability to work with parents and coaches and sports knowledge and background.
