The City of Coeur d’Alene has issued a Notice of Available Funding (NOFA) inviting competitive grant proposals for projects or services that benefit low-to-moderate income people or neighborhoods, and/or promote job creation/economic development. Any individuals, profit or nonprofit organizations, business, or governmental agencies may apply for Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funds.
