LOKAHI SUMMER DANCE CAMP
Registration for youth dance camp has started. Camp dates are:
June 18-21 - Ballerina Princess for 3-5 year olds
June 25-28– Moana Hula for 5-8 year olds
July 9-12 - Hip Hop Trolls for 7–10 year
Camp time – 10:30-11:45 am. Camp location: 1121 E. Sherman.
Cost is $75 for 4 days.
Limited enrollment so register early.
BOYS BASEBALL & GIRLS SOFTBALL PROGRAM Ages: 5 – 13 (Based on age as of July 24, 2018)
Registration Dates: May 1 – 25 – 8 AM – 5 PM
Information: Practices to begin week of June 11 and season will run through first week in August
Play Days/Times: Monday – Thursdays after 5 PM Fee: $15 for city resident - $25 for non-city resident
YOUTH FISHING DERBY – Ages 5-13
Saturday, June 2. 8 AM to Noon at Fernan Lake. Pre-registration will occur at Fins & Feather May 7-29 or you can register the day of the derby.
Prizes will be awarded for biggest fish and largest stringer . A parent or guardian must accompany all participants.
Registration : June 1-8 – Limited registratioN
First Session Begins: June 12 for 4 weeks
Second Session Begins: July 17 for 4 weeks
Age Groups: 8-10, 11-13, 14-18
Fee: $35 for city resident - $40 for non-city resident.
All participants must furnish their own tennis racket and three tennis balls
KIDS GOLF INSTRUCTION
Registration : June 1-8 – Limited registration
First Session Begins: June 11 for 3 weeks
Second Session Begins: July 23 for 3 weeks
Youth Classes: Monday/Wednesday mornings or Tuesday/Thursday afternoons
Age Groups: 5-9
SUPERTOTS SPORTS ACADEMY
SuperTots Sports Academy co-sponsored by the Coeur d’Alene Recreation Department provides sport-based
Development programs where children discover and develop athletic, motor, and social skills. The flagship program
is age based 24 mos – 36 mos. Multi-sport programs are offered from 3 years up to 5 years 6 mos. You can register

Learn to Ride!
The Cd’A Recreation Department is excited to announce our first offering of the Strider Bikes Learn to Ride Program for children ages 2-5.
Strider No-Pedal Balance Bike is the perfect tool for learning to ride, teaching balance, and instilling riding skills in children.
This is a 4 lesson session designed to get kids started riding independently.

LEARN TO SKATE
Ages: 3 – Adult
It’s time to lace up your skates and give skating a try!! Introductory
skating lessons for aspiring figure skaters and hockey players. In these
4-week sessions, skaters will learn the basic fundamentals of skating
through group instruction, fun games and music. All skaters will also
receive a pass for Tuesday night public session to practice.

A partial waiver of fees may be available for seasonal sports league activities listed in our activities guide, if a request is made based on need and available funds.
