Deciduous perennial. A very vigorous groundcover, with many variegated white and green, divided leaves growing to 1 foot tall. It can be mowed to keep it lower. It spreads by creeping underground roots and may become invasive. It can be contained with a wood, concrete or sheet metal border. This is a very attractive plant in shade because of its white leaf edges.
