Traffic Impact Study Open House Today and FAQs Now Available Online

Community members are invited to join the City of Coeur d’Alene and igniteCDA for an Open House regarding the Atlas Waterfront / Riverstone Traffic Impact Study today, December 20, 2018 from 5 pm to 6:30 pm in the Community Room at the Coeur d’Alene Public Library. The meeting format will be as follows:

5:00pm – 5:30pm: Welch Comer and the City will be available to take questions prior to the presentation.

5:30pm – 6:00pm: Welch Comer will make a brief presentation summarizing the study process and presenting their findings.

6:00pm – 6:30pm: Welch Comer and the City will again be available to take questions after the presentation.

Objectives for this meeting are:

  • Review the Traffic Impact Study process
  • Present our findings and feasible mitigation measures
  • Collect additional feedback from the community

 

Community members will have an opportunity to provide written comments at the meeting and by email at [email protected]. Public comment will end on January 11, 2019. 

The draft Traffic Impact Study report will be available January 2 and routed to agencies, including KMPO and ITD, for review and comment.  The final report will be completed by January 18.  Public comments will be included in the final report.
