IronKids Fun Run registration still open at City of Coeur d’Alene

The 2016 IronKids Fun Run, a one-mile run for children ages 3 to 14, is still accepting registrations for the Saturday, June 25 event at McEuen Park.

For just $15 children will receive a medal, T-shirt, race bib, stickers and other fun gifts. There is also a half-mile option for younger children. Scholarships are also available, and children can register for free if a parent volunteers for registration on race day. The fun run begins at 9 a.m.

Those interested can register several ways, including paying online at cdaid.org/parks and clicking on the “Park Events” tab in the left menu, where they will find a link to the IronKids page.

In-person registration before the day of the event is available at the Parks & Recreation Department at City Hall, 710 E. Mullan Ave. Registration will also be open from 7:30-9:00 a.m. on race day at the McEuen Pavilion.
