The Health Corridor master plan and economic feasibility study have been completed by the HDR team.  The Planning Commission made a recommendation to the City Council that the urban renewal plan for the Health Corridor Urban Renewal Project is in conformity with the City's Comprehensive Plan on November 18 at a special call meeting.  The City Council held a public hearing on November 19.  There was a second reading of the ordinance and a decision made by the City Council at their December 3 meeting to form the new Health Corridor urban renewal district.
